CREST POINT PLACE

After DSG Records gained some success and Neil Scott realized that this would be a worthwhile endeavor, there came to be some problems. A lot of the musicians were young and either had a hard time getting to and from rehearsals or they were practically starving to keep a roof over their heads. Neil decided to invest some of his money into building a nice bungalow of sorts of apartments near the beach for his unfortunate artists, practically rent free. Crest Point Place has become an artistic getaway for most of the musicians signed to DSG Records.
